A needsman is someone who is there for you whenever you need anything. Ask the Needsman and he/she shall supply you with whatever it is that you need.

Guy: Man the chick is fine, she wanted me to give her a ride home but I don't have enough money for gas, or for a car.
Needsman: Hey bro, you can take my ride, and here's $20 to fill up the tank.
Guy: Thanks man, your a real needsman.
