Needum

A Needum is a dear friend of many years, a friend who may be closer than family members. This friendship transcends time and geographic distance.

Needum is not a romantic relationship.

Needum may occasionally be shortened to "Needs." Two people who are Needums or Needs to each other may engage in jibberish based on their shared experiences, which is unintelligible to others.

A needsman is someone who is there for you whenever you need anything. Ask the Needsman and he/she shall supply you with whatever it is that you need.

Guy: Man the chick is fine, she wanted me to give her a ride home but I don't have enough money for gas, or for a car.
Needsman: Hey bro, you can take my ride, and here's $20 to fill up the tank.
Guy: Thanks man, your a real needsman.
