Narcissa Malfoy
Though she does have questionable ideologies, you can’t deny that she is the Queen of the MILFs. She is a woman with power, beauty, nerve. A woman who doesn’t love easily (but she would kill for the ones she does, or rather, lie right to the dark lord’s face for). Literally one of the largest contributing factors of Harry Potter’s victory. Narcissa Malfoy is also a very underrated person. Can be used to describe someone hot and badass that not enough people appreciate.

Narcissa Malfoy
Draco Malfoy's mother and Lucius Malfoy's wife. While she does believe Voldemort's views about Muggle-borns and half-breed/half bloods are correct, she lied to Voldemort and told him that Harry was dead in the Forbidden Forest, wanting to journey up to the castle to find her son, Draco Malfoy. Once Harry's 'dead' body was taken up to the castle, Harry battled Voldemort and defeated him. After the war, this act kept her immediate family (Lucius and Draco) out of Azkaban, the wizard prison. She's a part of the black family line, sister to Andromeda Tonks (formerly Black) and Bellatrix Lestrange, although she looks down on Andromeda because she married a muggle-born, Ted Tonks.

Someone who comes off as a conceited predator.
The term has been thought to predate the '70's as a high school term for a conceited student or self-involved faculty member. It has been shared around the internet in forms of T-shirts with slogans such as 'So pretty but nearly extinct' and has been adapted by cartoon artists and musicians alike including Cat and Girl and Lisa Menzel's Morris & The Narcissaurus.

Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
