Narcissarcasm 

When a narcissist decides to use sarcasm as yet another way to hurt their abuser.

I made this up when I was talking to my husband about some of the people I met and know who do this to abuse and hurt people.
Brian loves to use narcissarcasm to manipulate his family friends and romantic partners.

Jill's really good at using her narcissarcasm to get others to think she is funny. She is just mean.

Narcissarcastic 

A description of someone who is both narcissistic and sarcastic and use this as a power play for everyone they meet.
Xavier thinks being narcissarcastic is a good thing.

Someone who is addicted to obtaining money and building wealth. A money addict and fanatic. Breadheads often work more than one full-time job, and some even participate in illicit activities to "obtain the bread".
A breadhead is like a crackhead, but for money instead of crack.
