1.A technique used by women to try and repair broken men. Foundation: ego stroking. Followed with gratuitus ego stroking and more ego stroking. Amounts to covering cosmetic imperfections.2. Also used as slang when one needs to give up men for a period of time (say at least 28 days).

Example 1: "I spent 6 months manhabbing him and he left me for someone else." Also known as a Short Sale.

Example 2: "I'm exhausted from dating, I think I need manhab."

Example 3: "Honey, he's never going to change.....if you can't see that now, we may have to do an intervention and send you to manhab."

Malibu Manhandler 

A physical game of speed and treachery, where two contestants attempt to be the first to pull the underwear off of the other, the winner becomes the master for the night.

Sometimes a match starts in the Greco-Roman wrestling position.

After a long day of fishing , drinking beer and a few grape vodkas, Cutter and I played a game of "Malibu Manhandler" to decide who was going to pitch and who was catching last night.

"Manabolism" is a term used to describe an activity that facilitates gains in strength, the development of brotherhood, increases in penis or testicle size, and/or swag. The word is derived from the name given to the tissue-building state known as "anabolism," to translate literally to "the building of men."

Legend has it, "manabolism" was first coined by a group of music students at the Florida State University in the early summer of 2011, as they spent the entirety of a Saturday consuming copious amounts of protein and carbohydrates (including, but not limited to bacon, steak, eggs and beer), before and after participating in a series of sports games. This day became known as "MANABOLIC DAY," as it celebrates the building of men through excessive measures of bacon, steak, football, swag, beer, and awesomeness.
