A state of being not subject to the same laws of physics and norms of humanity as the actual universe. Specifically, the concept of time, as described by either the theory of Newton or Einstein, no longer applies. Increments of time are neither consistent nor measurable, and therefore, clocks and other time devices have no meaning. Human emotions, particularly those of men, also lose much of their meaning, as inhabitants of the Lubaverse are driven solely (and perhaps inexplicably) by the desire (need) to copulate with a particular individual.
The randomness of the Lubaverse is observed by the fact that Latinas are born in Belarus from Belarusian parents.
