A bitch who thinks dat she is all that and a bag of chips. Only she would try and throw the chips up to fit into the world. Some signs your "friend" is becoming a lilfrostygirl: immense amount of lying, make up, cell phone minutes, and really bad pictures. Loss of friends, hair, and sanity.

Hello Andrea, have you seen that hideous lilfrostygirl walking down the street?
I think she was following that other lilfrostygirl.
