A person, usually famous and/or rich, that has no talent, knowledge or skill so they rely on their social status to abuse privileges to make themselves the center of attention any opportunity that they can.

So, Bertha just said that she can't wait until she's pregnant because she thinks that the baby belly is so cute. What a Kardouchian.
