A fart that deploys with such thrust when on the toilet forces a splash of water onto ones ass.

Peek-a-boo Moon

The act of placing ones ass cheeks against a glass door, pushing a turd out just enough to kiss the glass and pulling it back in. Usually performed at bachelor parties, random hotel room where pool guests can see etc.

Holy shit did you see that guy shoot the old couple the peek-a-boo moon when they walked by.
