Term in Bahamian dialect meaning "badly
mangled" or "warped." It is
always followed with the word "up" hence kapunkle up.
Kapunkle up is used more to describe how a person looks or
feels and less to describe objects.
"Iron your clothes bey, you look so kapunkle up" - meaning ragged. The clothes on their own
will be described as rough-
dry but wearing them
will make you look kapunkle up.
"After that roller coaster ride, I felt so kapunkle up" - meaning broken up.

Da gymnast was so kapunkle up when she landed, I thought she did hurt herself."
