Involuntary motorist, someone who would rather be taking sustainable transportation (such as walking, cycling, e-biking or public transport) but is forced to travel by motor vehicle due to safety or other concerns brought about by car-centric urban planning.

I drive to work but I'm an inmot more than anything - I would rather bike but my city doesn't have any bike lanes!

I know, I'm an inmot, but we can make it work, right?

Its similar to being intoxicated but instead really drunk on 2 drinks. While intotsicated you may be extremely giddy, silly, or anything that ends in iddy or illy.
