A village in a D&D setting, not to be confused with the noun known as hamlet which is usually a rural settlement which is too small to be considered a village, though sometimes the word is used for a different sort of community.

Homlet is in no way a synonym for hamlet, nor does it describe the same thing.
Dungeon Master: You arrive in the homlet, with large walls and a winding road leading to the main building.
Girl: WTF is a homlet? You mean hamlet?
DM: You can say it either way, means the same thing.
Girl: NUH UH!
