When a person comes too close to someone. Its very uncomfortable especially when its someone you don't know. These individuals who do this is normally males, which is so not cool. They seem to think there is nothing wrong with their groundsing.

When a dude comes into a bathroom and comes to the pisser right next to the one your using when there is like 20 of them open. WTF? Yow guy move the fuck over and stop groundsing on me.
