Irrational feelings of dread and paranoia caused by being in the (virtual or physical) presence of a member of the Something Awful forums. In extreme cases, it can be classified as a phobia. Symptoms include posting illogical accusations usually containing association fallacies, comparisons of Goons to Hitler (see: Godwin), demands for preemptive banning of said group, claims that Goons ruin everything and causing moderators to lose their shit.

A sometimes bashful, awkward person that acts in a silly or goofy manner in a failed attempt to make up for the lack of skills
That teacher is acting like a goonberrie in trying to explain the situation so the students can understand.
