A mental disease from which one may suffer from being an outrageously horny, desperate cunt and tries to get in with a girl only to end the relationship saying he's not ready for a girlfriend when three days later he's trying to get In with other girl, then tries to get in with the girl again so she will stop hating him and turning ppl against him then ends it saying that the girl and her friend gave him depression.

Jack wasn't ready for a girlfriend so he ended his relationship and got with another girl not three days later. and ofc everyone hated jack so he came back to the first girl and she took him back and ended it bc she apparentally gave me him depression. but all worked out okay as the girl recently learned jack suffered from not only fuckboitism and depression but also desperation which doesn't mix very well fuckboitism, if u meet anyone like this plz stay away from as they may be contagious. should also stay awake from the asian looking ones who send videos of themselves coming to girls.

A disease mostly found in kids or teenagers (typically around 10-16 years) that is obsessed with either of the following: Fortnite, modern rappers, gold chains, or any type of expensive shoes. Most of the time they're an asshat and talk too much. They like to boast or talk alot about what they're obsessed with. Basically modern douchebaggery on another level.

Hey, remember that one guy we were talking to? He seemed like he had fuckboyism since he was talking about how much wins and v-bucks he has in Fortnite, not only that but he just seemed annoying, showing off his expensive Jordans.
