The act of belching into a person's anus. Also, the resulting flatulence of a belch into an anus.

Jim - "Hey Fred, I heard you faruba'd Jess. What did that smell like?"

Fred - "Well, she's vegan. So the faruba smelled like a fresh steak garnered with fresh fruits and vegetables. And sulfur."
