Eucla

A hamlet of around 50 people that serves as a regional centre for the huge region of Australia known as the Nullarbor Plain.
Near the Great Australian Bight, its origial location was actually along the Coast and even had a telegraph station, but a plague of rabbits destroyed all the dune vegetation and the villiage was then buried by a sandstom.
Despite such a low population, the risk for Cyclones and Earthquakes is perhaps lower there than in any other area of Australia (even though it is near the coast, which modifies the temperature to some extent)

According to Wikipedia, the name comes from the "Aboriginal word Yinculyer which one source gives as referring to the rising of the planet Venus"

Enclair 

Enclair is a beautiful person. She is always smiling, and kind to everyone. It doesn't make a difference to her if they are online or not. A Greek word meaning thanksgiving, to be thankful.

Envelopes the Greek root word charis meaning grace, and the derivative chara which is Greek for joy.

He took the bread, and knew it to be a gift and gave thanks. We too participate in eucharisteo in communion, and in life if we so choose.

Enclave 

1. A nation whose boundaries are completely (or almost completely) surrounded by another nation.

2. In the Fallout series of games, the continuation of the United States government following the Nuclear Apocalypse of 2077. Despite the state of the world, the Enclave continued to make scientific breakthroughs in the fields of medicine and military weapons. The covert government's goals were to purge the Earth of any radiation induced mutations and restore America to it's former glory.
