Downsiy-(Any way you want to say it)-adj. A word that's meaning constantly changes depending on the situation. Mostly used to describe something or someone to annoy your friends because you never tell them what it means and you constantly use it. This word could more or less be used in any situation because it can be used in any way and any form in any situation.
