A person not cool or masculine enough to be considered a douchbag, but every bit as irritating if not more so.

Hes an idiot that gets on your last damn nerve. The person you know that suffers from excessive verbal diarrhea. The one you want to smack in the face with a pick-axe. He's who has done it all and done it better than you.

His behavior warrants him being described of a loose dangly vagina with warm leathery lips, and slight seepage that has crusted up giving it the smell of a blue roomon a muggy July afternoon in Georgia.
