A person hating people who treat covid-19 as not a serious disease to panic about and calling them covidiots (antonym). Constantly wears masks and gloves to prove eagerness, refers to figures in media and sob stories on Instagram but not experts' opinion and scientifical articles concerning the problem.
The mayor of Saint Petersburg is not a coronanist in fact but a typical Russian authority profited from a global covid-hysteria.

Tightening one's belt as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. A portmanteau pronounced coron-austerity (from Corona - the colloquial term for COVID-19 and the word austerity).
