A desperate, last second attempt made by an individual at a bar, or party, who has not secured any coital relations for the evening. The individual drinks past his limit, then stands in front of the bar, or party, and vomits all over the place. This is an attempt to gain sympathy from a passing female individual, who will then take the individual back to his house or her house, where the gentleman will have a chance of making sex to the woman.

i.e...in consistency with "Charmin ultra soft" toilet paper. Soft, as in a pussy, letting people run over you, or talking to one's girl for extended periods of time. See "Soft". Charmin soft is being "ultra soft". Also used to refer to a rich or affluent neighborhood. "Charmin Block Niggaz"
