When a woman interprets what a man says, not by the words he is saying, but by what her mind "knows" he is thinking behind the words that he is saying; because she "knows" what his thoughts, motivations, and intentions "really"mean and not what he intended by the words he used to begin with, womansplain. With this ready knowledge of what he "really" means and disregarding what he said, she will then craft what she believes to be an appropriate response.
