Buldgey 

The act or feeling of excitement way down "there." A want or need of sex with another man or woman. Buldgey could mean you simply have a boner or something much deeper. A desire to stick your "PP" into another human. If a gay is near a sexy man or even animal they might be feeling buldgey.
