This is an improper /
fake word i heard a person use at the bar last night. He used it in a sentence like, you cant go blindlessly through life, (eg, bob charged blindlessly up the stairs).
however this word cannot be used interchangeably with 'blindly', as this horribly mangled and fake word contains within it a
double negative.
thus, the other
definitions on
urban dictionary regarding this word are deficient and seem to disregard the basic structure of the word. this word cannot be used interchangeably with blindly, it means exactly the opposite. while being horribly fake and mutated.

1) to be blind is to be with out sight
2)to be blind-less is to be with sight, or to be not without sight.
3)blindlessly: is then just a horrible mutant word birthed from a drunken encounter with the proper vernacular
