Alfio a popular Sicilian name derived from Saint Alfio who was martyred in ad 251. Alfio also has a town named in his honour in Cantania Sicily. Alfio s generally display a saintly charisma a deep felt faith and great humility, all in conjunction with a lion hearted attitude towards life.

A person that is out of context. Originates from the italian name Alfio which is found to be perfectly suited for this kind of person. Can have a positive or negative connotation. When you see that person you can most times exclaim: "what's his problem...what an Alfio". It is marginally related to the meanings of the words wuss, poser and wimp.

Albiotard 

A type of mountain bike rider that frequents Albion "Hills" trail system near Toronto, Canada, that believes all trails should be sanitized for beginner riders and boring for experienced riders by removing obstacles or advanced features on trails making it easier to ride..

The rocks and tree stumps have been moved from the bike trail yesterday, I guess the Albiotards were busy making nature safe for everyone.
