Reply Allcoholism is a mental disorder that makes it difficult to refrain oneself from hitting Reply-all in an email thread causing pain and suffering to others receiving the emails.
Reply Allcoholics tend to share useless commentary that does not pertain to everyone on an email list which causes them to be hated by most of their friends and family.
There are no cures for Reply Allcoholism, but there are preventative measures one could take.

Alcoholis Interuptis
A serious physical and psychological condition arising from a short period of drinking, typically at lunch, followed by a period of not drinking. Symptoms include headache, sleepiness and irritability.

Texas is categorized as a swing state in presidential elections, but has voted for Republicans more times than for Democrats in recent history. As such, as demographics change political alignments, some Democrats believe that Texas will vote blue, or Democratic, due to their Hispanic and African American voters, who often align themselves with the Democratic Party's liberal wing.

Ratfucker
Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
