A Magpie

A Magpie is sometimes used to describe a person that finds what could be a piece of junk to some, very interesting, and take it. This could be a rock, and piece of colored glass, a button, a bone, a bottle. They tend to collect their treasures, and even hoard them.
"Dude, Tilly is A Magpie. She literally picked up a random bottle cap when we were walking and acted like she found gold."
