1. ߯ is consisting of two symbols ß and Æ

2. ß - In German orthography, the letter ß, called Eszett (IPA: ɛsˈtsɛt ess-TSET) or scharfes S (IPA: ˌʃaʁfəs ˈʔɛs, lit. "sharp S"), represents the /s/ phoneme in Standard German when following long vowels and diphthongs. The name Eszett combines the names of the letters ⟨s⟩ (Es) and ⟨z⟩ (Zett) in German. The characters' Unicode names in English are sharp s1 and eszett.

3. Æ - "Æsh" and "Ash (character)" redirect here. For the calculator input method AESH, see the hierarchical algebraic entry system.

4. Secret(BAE) Before Anyone Else

Dictionary.com defines the noun bae as “Slang. an affectionate term used to address or refer to one’s girlfriend, boyfriend, etc.” Many have debated the etymology of bae, some insisting that it derives from the acronym “Before Anyone Else.” The earliest evidence of this connection on Twitter is from a July 19, 2011, tweet, making “Before Anyone Else” a backronym of bae, which first surfaced in rap music and on Urban Dictionary in the early-to-mid-2000s. A much more likely etymological explanation is that bae is a shortening of baby or babe

"ßaaß" is a german word, that defines that someone or something is, cool; pretty; awesome, etc.

The first time it's been used was in german YT-P (Youtube-Poop) videos, later Best ofs or Ost Befs for the ßaaß kids, where the editor would take a word for example: "Was"="What" eng. and let it play backwards after the person says it.
(Was->saas=ßaaß)
German: Das sieht ßaaßig aus.

English: This looks awesome.
