An annoying face used on msn. It is supposed to show a sick person - with the "+" being crossed out eyes and the "O" being a swollen nose. The "(" is obviously the mouth.

It actually looks more like a one-eyed freak.

Plus if you tilt your head to the right it looks a little like the symbol for a female.
