The same as a ratchet, but what you whisper to your friend when they are in your presence so they don't know what you're saying.
Derived from the word ratchet, which is derived from the tool, hence wrench.
Can be used singular or plural

Wrench is a amazing person, he would literally blow up anything and anyone for you. His personality is really humorous and makes a lot of dirty jokes. Many people don’t like his taste in fashion, but it fits Him. He’s like a porcupine, cute but very destructive. Nobody knows about his past, but he has very supportive friends. But Sledgehammers, are his best friend.

(v.) when someone throws a "wrench in the works" and changes something at the last minute, which messes up your already finalized plans, they have "wrenched" you.
my friend and i were all set to go to the movie tonight, but then our other friend asked us at the last minute not to go see that specific movie without her, and if we would wait until next week for her. she wrenched us!
