Can be said in three ways:

"W-T-F-sicles",
"whatthefucksicles",
or,
"whalesthatfloatsicles".

They are all spelled as WTFsicles and mean the same exact thing, it's your choice which one to say.

"WTFsicles! That chick has three boobs!"
