In west coimbatore slang Vedappu also means problem, or a complicated situation that we put ourselves into.

1) Sarakku adichittu veetuku ponan engappa kandupichutaaru da seriyaana vedappu aaiduchu.
2) Pocket la vechurundha kaasu kaanom da, vedappu da dei 😢
