Vection is a word used in any serious discussion about game design. It is often used in conjunction with relative scale and traction.
Vection is needed in any good game.

viction 

The act of teaching oneself to deliberately ignore the wants and needs of positive game development and community growth, over a sustained period of time (usually years). This is often seen alongside self-reinforcing beliefs and behavior to convince oneself that the right things are being done when in fact they are being repeatedly ignored or pushed to one side.

"You need some global level viction to ignore these game breaking bugs and introduce more microtransactions instead."

"Remember that 5-week age when the official game app was supposed to be released globally with tens of thousands of new players flooding in? What a load of viction that was."

"Imagine people buying into the viction to the point where we say a game has diverse management when it's actually just one guy who doesn't code pulling strings at random - and some of them believe it!"

Gay-vention 

A gay intervention.

1. First expressed in the tv show, "Glee" season one. Where Mercedes fell for Kurt, a stylish and sensitive boy in her class. But her friends try and tell her that Kurt is in fact gay. They try and warn her about it, but she disbelieves.

2. The act taken to prevent something from happening relating to a person or persons that are homosexual.

"Okay. Time for a gay-vention. That's a gay intervention."

Wicz-Viction 

A Wicz-Viction is the act of being evicted by a polish landlord, usually such an eviction dose not involve paperwork but rather is a harsh way of using "polish strong arming" or " the muscle" to throw out an undesirable tenant. Such eviction is not legal but rather can ruin someones day. Such a method is a shot-term fix to a long term problem by usually putting fear into the tenant(s). A Wicz-Viction can also be know as a Ski-Viction.

Sally (crying) Britney... can i stay over at your house tonight? i have a serious issue..
Britney sure Sally whats wrong?
Sally well i didn't pay my rent this month, my landlord and his partner gave me the Wicz-Viction notice...they came over and started throwing out my stuff onto the front yard, My laptop, flat screen and dressers. I called the cops but this is one huge mess and it ruined my night!

Wiki-vention

When in a conversation with friends you check wikipedia for a fact on your smartphone and become so engrossed in unnecessary links (intering the wikipedian loop) related to the original query you withdraw completely from the conversation. So oblivious to your friend’s attempts to reengage you, they resort to sending a text to your phone as the only means to contact you directly and jog you out of your stupor.
AKA the smartphone intervention when IMDB or other sites cause the same withdrawl from actual human social interaction.
