'The Internet', in a stereotypical Northern English accent in which the word 'the' is shortened to 't'. Used normally in a tongue-in-cheek or self-parodying fashion. The word 'tinterweb' also exists, but is rarely used.
we pay $1000/month for our webserver with acquia and they went down. i filed a critical ticket and no response. i called them and it went to voicemail (wtf). after an hour, no call back or reply so i started twitternutting them and 2 of their engineers replied immediately
