This is a word often used to describe an individual (more specifically a lower-income female from the inner city) that is loud, tacky, boisterous, and not used to the finer things in life.

TaShaNe is truly a tackhead. She went to red lobster and asked in a loud ghetto voice for an order of "scrimp." After that, the tackhead asked "Do ya'll take EBT cards up in here."

Originated in Stillwater, Oklahoma in 2000. When you've done too much tweak to the point where you are useless to the world. When you are so spun that you are get caught in the same repetitive motion until you run out of crank.
