An Australian term meaning a shady character who buys up all the dogboxes (rental property) in his suburb, then rents then out for a packet to loser renters, then sits back on a beach in Thailand living off his profits. He might boast about his achievements on property forums like the Zetaboards Australian Property Forum and then he'll get called a troll by all the other bitter loser renters there.

Damn! Frank is such a fucking specufestor. That parasite is out in Thailand drinking and shagging all day while all my hard earned wages pay the rent that pays for his lifestyle! Wish I'd bought a house before the boom like Shady advised me to do, then I wouldn't be stuck living in this shithole with Sean and Wulfie paying rent to Frank.
