Skintminted 

An expression to describe someone who claims to be skint all the time to avoid spending cash when they are actually minted.
Eg 1
James: Do you think Jeremy will want to come to the cinema?
Jacob: Yeah he will but he'll pull the whole skintminted routine.
James: That's true, he'll want to wait for orange wednesdays.

Eg 2
Jeremy: Dude, I'm gonna have to ask for some diesel money, really struggling for cash at the minute.
Isaac: *cough* skintminted *cough*
Jeremy: What did you say?!
Isaac: Nothing just clearing my throat.

Skepticus Maximus 

To be skeptical of something, to the maximum degree.
I am skepticus maximus of this chocolate milk.
An old southern term for a light dusting of snow.
Something that is light such as a light fall of snow or rain.

and also it is A Middle English British form of Shift.
BRITISH (Shift):
Guy1: Mate! We all got knocked down there is Affy who was left alone and then suddenly he clutched their entire squad, we won.
Guy2: That's a skift!
Guy1: Yeah! He's skift!

SOTHERN (Light Snow/Rain):
We had a skift of snow (a sight never before witnessed here at this season of the year), on the night of the 21st. The bees were housed for 3 days.
