Sheberbens
Asymmetrical boobs, where one is noticeably larger than the other. In some rare cases the nipples are also oddly coloured, the most common instance of this is brown on the larger one and pale on the smaller one. This strange and terrifying phenomenon perplexes and horrifies both scientists and formerly horny men to this day.

The act of "shaking off" excess moisture after urinating in such a violent and vigorous fashion for such a long duration as to practically be masturbating.
