The way that scronkers is different to this is instead scrotums are used. To win you must either last until your opponent forfeits or until their balls literally break. In some variations of the game if you are to lose you fall prey to the winner and have to give a blow job, get tea bagged or anything they see fit.
Within the rules of scronkers it is specified that:
A. Hands must be behind you head
B. You can only use your scrotum
C. No help from the audience if there is one
D. No clothing is to be worn
E. No halting a match
