Refurbished Ho 

Repurposed: A Ho that has had work done be it emotionally, physically, or mentally, but is still a ho.
Even though Lefty has had some work done, he is still a Ho which makes him a refurbished Ho.

Refurbulous 

When something is refurbulous it can be an idea or a concept that seems outrageous or inconsiderable at first but eventually becomes a given (usually well after the fact). People or things can be refurbulous as well.

Some sailor: "You know, I think the world is actually round."
