Pooncel is a combination of the words "Pooner" (slang for a non-passing transgender man.) And "Incel" (stands for involuntary celibate.)
A pooncel is a female-to-male transgender person or a transmasculine person who is unable to get laid. This can be caused by many different things that transmasculine people struggle with (short height, mental illness, female socialization, lack of confidence, etc) which can also be struggled with by regular cisgender incels

When someone is hateful towards a "pooncel" because they are ignorant or just afraid, disgusted, or turned on. OR maybe both. And ashamed of that. It's just blatant bigotry and it's not okay.
