The act of two people pooping at the same time, on the same toilet. Imagine a guy sitting on the toilet pooping, and a girl sitting on his lap pooping through the triangle hole his legs make with the toilet.

"Hey, Honey. I need to go drop a duece, do you want to go poopel tower it up?"
