Present past is used to confuse someone when they are trying to figure out the difference between next friday and this friday.
Person 1 - Yo is your event this friday or next?
Person 2 - its the present past friday
Person 1: wtf?
Person 2 - its the present past friday
Person 1: wtf?

it is a phrase created by CsL in conjunction with new year eve to remind people around to leave what is deemed past and create your own desired future path.
don't be sad, as what past is deemed to be past. So, "forget the past, walk the present, create future".
