Someone who is absolutely insane/mentally ill to the point where their thoughts don't even make sense (see example below). Originated by Secret Band (side project of the band Dance Gavin Dance) from their song "High Five".
I'm going nut fuck, Yeah they know this! Suspended in time I have an extra guy inside... my dick. But you no need, I know'd it, learn this, I got pigeon wings tatooed inside my eyeballs! Used when a person wishes to express distaste at the latest fashion trend/fad, because it seems that everyone has a certain item of clothing or is wearing it. This term is most frequently heard in Paris but is slowly spreading to other parts of France.

A slang term for GLP-1 medications(like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, etc.), usually referring to their appetite-killing, weight-loss, or “I forgot to eat” effects rather than the medical details.
Usage:
