mascale (noun) - person afflicted with mascalia, a psychiatric disorder. Mascalia is a form of expression disorder characterised by long, generally incomprehensible stream-of-consciousness-like verbiage. The “gibberish” is interspersed with words that the mascale has picked up but has no idea of what the actual & correct meaning of them are.

Walter Mercado

Term used to describe members of the popular international group The Original Mecca Lounge. They are a group of artists, intellectuals, writers and expressionists.
