a)Little, small, can indicate a dismissive attitude toward another,

b) a person with kidney disease.

He has a Widdle Diddle, and is a Liddle so he will need to Piddle... alot. But is he a Conn man? No he likes hypoaldosterone too much for that. Hypoaldosterism is the confusion of hyphens with apostrophies.

Donald Trump's misspelling and grammatically wrong version of the word "little". Originated from his tweet where he claims liddle ’ is a real word and he confuses a apostrophe ( ’ ) for a hyphen (-).
