a)Little, small, can indicate a dismissive attitude toward another,

b) a person with kidney disease.

He has a Widdle Diddle, and is a Liddle so he will need to Piddle... alot. But is he a Conn man? No he likes hypoaldosterone too much for that. Hypoaldosterism is the confusion of hyphens with apostrophies.
