Ladonia is a very small micronation in Sweden that was established in 1996 as the result of a court battle between the artist and sculptor Lars Vilks and local authorities over a sculpture that Vilks created, Nimis. It has approximately 17,000 citizens, but most of them live in other countries. Application for citizenship is available of Ladonia's official website, and is free.

The Ladonian flag is a green cross on a green flag, both the same color. Since it is impossible to make out the cross due to the fact that both the cross and the background are the same color, it is considered acceptable to add a white outline of the cross when depicting the flag.

Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
