Klempt is Wiganese for hungry, starving, about to die from hunger.

Wiganese is the local dialect of a friendly beer drinking, pie munching town called Wigan in the North West of England. May be heard in a sentence, 'thar ist fair klempt lad lets grab a pooles pie'. In english, 'One would like to purchase a pastry from the local delicatessen old bean'. Klempt, hungry as a scabby dog.

Some call our current administration a Kleptocracy, others call it a Kakistocracy, I say it's a Kleptokakistocracy

A (usually) female who has a tendency to acquire or possess items that does not belong the person. Basically a thieving little slut that can typically be located at your house party, local mall, etc.

"Hey man, I was at this party last weekend, and this chick tries to steal my phone!"

"Did she manage to get it?"

"Nah, I put that kleptowhore in her place."
