Let's start with the first 4 characters 'kaka', in French kaka means poo. Then we have the next 4 characters which are 'baka', baka can be interpreted as the word back meaning coming back from a certain location. Finally we have 'smaka', here we can interpret it as smak which to according to the oxford dictionary, is the action of gently caressing ones lips with their own.

Karabakh

or "kokobokosmoko" is a derivation from the word "kokobobospoinga", which, in Scandinavian countries, is a widely used nickname for the main protagonist and character, Spongebob Squarepants, from the popular Nickelodeon TV show equally named Spongebob Squarepants.
